Bow Wow's Top Picks to Party and Grub

compiled by Gerren Keith Gaynor
Bow Wow has been in the rap game since the release of his multi-platinum debut album, Beware of Dog, at the age of 13. Needless to say at only 25, he’s a hip-hop veteran. Now, as the new co-host of BET’s 106 and Park--the television countdown he frequented so much so that he earned the moniker Mr. 106 and Park--Bow is learning what it feels like to be on the other side of the microphone. “It’s been almost four months but it feels like it’s only been a month,” he tells VIBE. “It went by fast, but I love it.” As if juggling music and hosting wasn’t enough, he’s returning to the big screen as the co-star of Allegiance, a military-drama film that hits theaters on Dec. 28. It’s hard to imagine how the young rapper and actor does it all, but even with a jam-packed itinerary, he still finds time to enjoy the nightlife in his new hometown New York. Find out what clubs (and strip club) he likes to hit up after work, and which Chelsea restaurant he visits so often that it has a meal specially prepared for him.

Greenhouse

"I pretty much own Greenhouse so I’m going to stamp that. I’ve hosted so many parties there that people damn near think I’m part-owner of the club. They treat me so well. I’m the type of celebrity that when I find a place that I like I stick with it, and we continue to go there. Sometimes they pay me to host and other times I just come just to show love and rock out."
Editorial Review
Going green is nothing but fun inside this 6,000 square foot Soho club. Vines, a bamboo dance floor, and 5,000 individually hung crystals get people hyped to save the environment by partying their asses off. The bi-level space features recycled glass and serves organic vodka. Eco-friendly was never this fun.
