Four Spots That Could Give Nicki Minaj A Much Needed 'Re-Up'
Nicki Minaj is no stranger to scrutiny. Almost everything she does or says is magnified for the entire world to see. Whether she’s going berserk on Mariah Carey, taking shots at news icon Barbara Walters, or rapping about her support for Mitt Romney, the rap pop star is sometimes more talked about for her public antics than her actual music. With her multiple personalities and tendency to ruffle many feathers, you never quite know what Nicki Minaj you’re going to get. Sometimes it’s hard not to want to tell the dramatic rapper to take a chill pill. Luckily, in honor of her new album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded the Re-Up, VIBE found four spots where Ms. Minaj should go to re-up whenever she finds it hard to resist the urge to rear her bad bitch persona.

Philippe Chow Restaurant
NEW YORK--A few months back, employees of Philippe Chow in New York accused the restaurant’s owners of allowing celebrity rappers and entertainers to smoke marijuana in their private downstairs area. While it’s not confirmed, Nicki Minaj was named as one of their known patrons. We have to admit, it’s not hard to imagine her taking a puff to relieve herself from all her alter egos. What's more soothing than taking a much needed flight to the clouds.
Editorial Review
Don't let the last name Chow fool you. You pay for the Asian inspired decor at this pricey yet fun restaurant. The famous Mr. Cheng Noodles, whole roasted duck, and peanut butter pie will give your tastebuds a reason to sing. A-listers come here for private parties, so be sure to make reservations well in advance if possible.
